Mr. Bernard is a graduate of Western State University College of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 1988. Mr. Bernard also has undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from California State University, Long Beach, graduating in 1978.

Between undergraduate school and law school, Mr. Bernard worked as a California licensed real estate agent and worked in a management capacity with Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

Mr. Bernard's first job as a lawyer was with the Orange County District Attorney's office where he tried 48 criminal cases. Subsequently, Mr. Bernard entered Civil Litigation Practice at Lynberg & Watkins where he became a partner in 2002. In this position, Mr. Bernard was involved in approximately 76 cases which were tried to verdict.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Bernard has practiced Estate Planning and Probate Litigation, as well as Real Estate Law. He is also an accomplished Real Estate Investor and serves as an Assistant Professor of Law at Pacific Coast University College of Law, in Long Beach, CA. 

Mr. Bernard chose to open WFB Legal Consulting, Inc. in order to give more personalized service in particular areas of the law involving the protection of personalized assets of both families or individual's who would be better served outside of the high dollar "big firm" environment. It is Mr. Bernard's intention to establish a Total Asset Protection Services Group and offer the Best Asset Protection Services available.
